Glenn Harris
President

Beginning in 2001 Glenn Harris was General Manager of a major value added solar electric distributor. In addition to his operational and financial responsibilities, he was the principal architect of the company's successful multi-market expansion in the U.S. and Canada.

While directing the company's ten times growth, Harris worked closely with international and U.S. manufacturers, introducing new PV and inverter product lines for grid-tie and off-grid markets. To support the industry's expansion, Harris developed regional and national technical forums that brought installers and manufacturers together for in depth equipment training.

Harris participates at a high level with government, industry and advocacy groups about federal and state incentive programs and is well versed in the specifics of the programs and their impacts on business.

Education and Other Career Experience

After receiving his B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1980, where he focused on imaging sciences, Harris has spent his career pursuing his interests in new light sensitive materials, equipment and processes. He has worked for and consulted with multinationals, the Fortune 500, entrepreneurs in various business stages and has founded and managed his own successful multi-million dollar companies. He has been published in various trade journals and on the web, been the key note speaker at industry events and served on committees and boards.

Shannon Moynahan
Vice President

Shannon Moynahan joined the solar industry in 2003 as Director of Sales & Marketing for a major value added solar electric distributor. In his management leadership and organizational mentorship roles, he has successfully created profitable product and service offerings in the fast growing and rapidly evolving grid connected market.

During his extensive sales and marketing career he has been in the forefront of audio in the 70's, computer and office automation in the 80's, network and component-technologies in the 90's and now renewable energy .

His positions have ranged from local and national sales team management, product management, to director level sales and marketing responsibilities for international companies. These companies ranged from regional dealerships to large and small manufacturers, including Sony, Konica, GE's Genstar Div., Kingston Technology, Buffalo Technology USA, Inc. and Energy Outfitters, Ltd.
